A%26amp;D ointment is good. If A%26amp;D ointment doesn't work, then you might need an antifungal agent, call your doc for that. If you want to use a powder, put it in your hand, then on baby's bottom. DO NOT use any type of powder. It can be ingested into the baby's lungs during application. I use A%26amp;D. Whatever you do, do not use any powder.
I prefer A%26amp;D cream. My daughter has never gotten a diaper rash while having it on.
desiten cream is the best! it has 40% zinc oxide in it
