Anyone have any experience with solid gold's seameal powder?

i just bought the solid gold seameal as i heard it would help my dogs grow better and healthier coats. my mongrel his fur is really patchy as he keeps eating it off. we have tested him for parasites etc and they all turned out negative. we tried oils shampoos and now we are trying the seameal. we hope it'll work. i am also giving it to my other dogs and hope their coats will improve as well although it's not that bad but i wanted to see if there's a difference for them too.

now i have a few questions.

1. it says mix it with water. should i mix a big batch and use it 2 times a day? can i leave it out or put in the fridge? or is it better to mix a fresh batch everytime?

2. has anyone else used this before?

3. has anyone seen results?

4. how long do results take to show?

5. if my dog's coat is quite good will it make it even better?

any GOOD useful advise on this topic i'd be thankful for! thanksAnyone have any experience with solid gold's seameal powder?
I've been using Seameal for about 10 years. Everytime you feed your dog, put the recommended amout of Seameal in the bowl and mix it up with a little bit of warm water. The add the food and mix it all up. Our dogs eat twice a day and they get the SeaMeal at each meal. The results are not instantaneous but what happens is healthier skin and therefor, healthier haircoat. I've noticed that with regular use, my dogs don't get fleas or any other dermatitis conditions, I guess because of the healthy skin and just their whole system is healthier and stronger. I think it is a good supplement at a reasonable price

To answer some of your other questions, no do not make a big batch; mix each dog's portion at each feeding. It does not need to be in the fridge. Hope this was of some helpAnyone have any experience with solid gold's seameal powder?
DO NOT GIVE RAW SALMON TO YOUR DOG IT CAN POISON AND KILL DOGS! I saw this in one of the answers, it is a really BAD idea. SEE THIS WEBSITE FOR OFFICIAL INFORMATION:

You should mix it up fresh every time, and i have seen AMAZING results, not only with patchy fur, but also after my dog had twisted her stomach, i am pretty confident it saved her from a surgery to remove dead intestine, since it stimulates so much cell growth. Results will take a couple of weeks, but when they come, you will know!
Yes, I have been using it for years with my golden who eats solid golds hund n flocken dog food. I put a tsp sea meal on her dry kibble and then add water to it all, just to moisten and she's fine with that. If your dog does not go for it, reduce the amount to half, add to small amount of water, then put the dry kibble in. The best thing you can do for your dog's coat and skin is give it fish/salmon oil, either in the form of pump oil, or the same fish oil capsules people take, or capsules called 3Vcaps. Those two things combined should give you results within 2 weeks, even with a good coat, it will start to shine in the sun.
I am using solid gold food on a regular basis. never heard of the seameal product but I give my dog fresh raw salmon twice a week. She loves it and it works wonderfully. Just make sure there is no bone left in the fish
AH, yes, the seameal. I recommend this to all my customers. You can, as you scoop dry food out of the bag into your bin, sprinkle it onto the kibble (it sticks). Then you don't have to measure every day ... it's already attached to the kibble.

I recommend this seameal product when I'm helping somebody upgrade their dogs diet because of poor nutrition. If your dog has patchy fur and is eating it off, then your dog is suffering from an immune deficiency. You cannot keep feeding your dog the food you are feeding it, add supplements, and expect for the condition to improve. You HAVE to upgrade your dogs food. If you are already on the best, then you have to go raw. If you aren't on Natures Variety, Canidae, or Eagle Pack, then it's time to do that. If you are already on that, then you can try Frozen or Dehydrated. You HAVE to do better. What you are feeding your dog is not working - Right? If you upgrade to any commercial product, then I suggest not only adding the Seameal (which is your source of Kelp), but also Digestive Enzymes and Pro-Biotics.

You might try giving your dog instead of any probiotic, you might try giving Garden of Life's Primal Defense for 45 days because it has an HSO in it. This will help re-align the T1 %26amp; T2s in the gut.

After you've done that, you might try The Gift for Life for Dogs product (new, so I'm not sure of 100% positive results except that I've seen first hand a dog with patchy fur %26amp; eating it do the above then get on this supplement and now the dog looks gorgeous).
