Does any one have the load data for WW-571 ball powder for 20 gauge?
Also I think (clearing cob webs in the brain) that there were pistol data for it? Maybe .357, .38spl or .44.spl and .44 mag?
Thanks.

Randy doesn't understand that you cannot obtain this data for obsolete powder without having the old manuals or handouts. As for the 20 gauge data:
2 3/4 inch Winchester compression-formed, Double A, Upland and Super-X
1 oz. Shot Win. 209 23.5 grains WW571 WAA20F1 wad Velocity 1165 fps 9,300 LUP pressure.
1 1/8 oz. Shot Win 209 24.0 grains WW571 Footnote: This load requires 80 to 100 lbs. wad pressure. WAA20F1 wad. Velocity 1150 10,700 LUP pressure.
Mec bushing No. 19 is close for both loads.
These loads are taken from the Winchester loading ';handout'; circa 1985 9th edition.
.38 Special 158 gr lead bullet 6.7 gr WW 571 Velocity 795 13,300 psi.
.38 Special +P 140JHP 7.4 grains WW571 Velocity 785 14,600 psi.
.38 Special +P 158 JHP 6.6 grains WW57 Velocity 700 14,100 psi.
There is data for 9mm Luger and .40 S%26amp;W too in the Winchester13th edition ';handout'; manual.Another reloading powder data question?
Most pistol powder and shotgun powders can be interchanged. Not all of them though some are pistol or shotgun specific.
do yourself a favor, don't trust reloading data from strangers. It can get you hurt or killed. Get a loading manual, isn't your life worth the $20.00 price?
