I just want to know if i should be worried about it or not. The daily recommend is 300mg. I take about 5 to 6 scoops a day (30mg per scoop). Just want to know if this is going to raise my cholestrol levels and if i should switch to something - a protien powder with less cholestrol?Cholestrol in Protien powder? Currently i take Gold standard, which has about 30mg of cholestrol? Good or bad?
The cholesterol in food won't raise your blood cholesterol levels. They have the same name, but blood cholesterol levels are influenced by other factors, not how much cholesterol you eat.
