In our grocery stores they have a tomato powder that is made by Maggi. It is great and I use it all the time. Fairly inexpensive.

1. Try slicing tomatoes as thin as you can. Spray a cookie sheet, and put the tomato slices on top, spray again. Bake at 400-450 until they get dried out.
