I need suggestions on what brand of powder to use when reloading 223 5.56 ammo?

any pros or cons about powder would be helpful.

In my savage model 10 in .223 I've used H-335, H-322, Varget, and have been happy with the accuracy the powders produce.I need suggestions on what brand of powder to use when reloading 223 5.56 ammo?
HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!!!! You are not ready to do any reloading. Before you do anything else, go to a sporting goods store and buy a reloading manual. Carefully read the recommended powders and maximum and minimum recommended charges for the caliber that you want to reload. Do not attempt to reload ammo with info that you get from some anonymous person on YA. If you do, you may end up with a damaged gun and injuries to yourself. BUY A MANUAL AND FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUR CALIBER.
I use Accurate Arms 2230, and Winchester 473. Both throw similar weights to achieve the same velocities. I like both equally well and the both throw well in a powder charger. For common rounds in short cases I like ball powders, but for more intense rounds I will use extruded powders like IMR 4831 in win 270.

Most of my 223 loads were Hornady 68 gr match hollow points, I ran throught an AR15. Accuracy was better than I could hold it. I did have a few 5 shot groups at 1/2 inch at 100 yrds.
The answer to your question is at the below website... Its the .223 cartrdige guide and all things .223 are there....
