No. Please do not use any human medication on your dog unless directly prescribed by your vet. In many cases it is dangerous. In this case, it may make your dog more miserable.
Hot spots are easily treated. Just pay your vet a visit and they will fix you right up.

I use Gold Bond sometimes if I get rashes on my inner thighs (gross, I know). I'm about to start a weight loss program and know that my thighs will get inflamed by running or other cardio training.
